Work Location: Rheintal, Switzerland

As the Team Leader of the Global Industrial Engineering for Assembly and Testing department, you are responsible for leading a team of three. Your primary task is the development and implementation of systematic software development processes and the promotion of agile working methods in our global plants.

Tasks

Your Challenges:
  • Lead a team of software and hardware engineers with a focus on systematic and agile software development.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies for software and hardware solutions in assembly and EOL testing processes.
  • Promote agile working methods and continuous improvement processes within the team.
  • Collaborate with global teams to optimize production processes and technologies.
  • Support in defining and implementing process controls and end-of-line testing.
Requirements

Your Competencies:
  • Strong experience in software development, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Experience with agile working methods and their implementation in teams would be an asset.
  • Ability to develop and implement software strategies and solutions.
  • Good English skills and ability to collaborate globally.
  • Leadership skills, teamwork, and conflict resolution ability.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is advantageous but not mandatory.
