Are you ready to be the calm during the storm? As our Bilingual Emergency Dispatch Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals in critical situations, providing comfort and clarity when they need it most.

Using state-of-the-art communication tools, youll assess urgent needs, deliver vital information with precision, and guide emergency services to those in distress. This is a role where your attention to detail and ability to multitask could truly save lives.

Responsibilities:

• Rapid Assessment: Evaluate emergency calls to determine priority and dispatch appropriate services swiftly and accurately.
• Efficient Communication: Handle multiple communication platforms with poise and precision.
• Empathetic Service: Offer exceptional support over the phone, ensuring callers in distress receive immediate and caring assistance.
• Tech-Savvy Operations: Utilize CAD applications effectively to manage and record incident details.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German or Dutch or Italian or Spanish (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher).
• Ability to work flexible shifts within a 24/7 operation and adhere to a rotating schedule.
• Solid experience (6+ months) in high-pressure emergency roles, with preference given to CAD experience (computer assisted dispatch) would be strong advantage.
• Broad experience in the emergency, fire, police, or related fields would be essential.
• A proactive approach to remotely working 10% of your time with reliable internet access.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Map
• Having CPR certification or willing to obtain one.
