The role
To support the role of our EU Customer Care team, we are looking to hire an Aftersales Compliance Specialist to develop our compliance strategy.

This is what you will do:

• Develop the department’s After Sales compliance strategy to accompany our fast-moving European rollout plans
• Be the department’s subject matter expert for all relevant legislative matters and the reporting requirements for subjects such as End of Life vehicle, Battery recycling and software updates.
• Ensure that all European markets follow a consistent approach to compliance topics and respect national reporting requirements and timescales.
• Manage Geely and Zeekr internal After Sales compliance topics and ensure robust processes and controls are put in place.

This is what you will bring:

• Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• You have a good understanding of key Automotive legislation topics, including GDPR, software updates, battery recycling and End of Life vehicle legislation.
• Organised and good at developing strong processes and controls.
• You are innovative and have a great ability to adapt and perform in a constantly changing, fast-paced, highly demanding work environment
• Have a strong people and customer centric mindset and behavior.
• You have an entrepreneurial approach and dare to make decisions
• A strong communicator and fluent in English. Other languages beneficial.
