What you’ll do: As an Associate Business Development Manager at Quantiphi, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with Google Cloud, and direct clients understanding their needs, and developing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high-quality results, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement process. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion within existing client accounts. This position requires excellent business acumen, communication skills, strategic thinking and a deep understanding of data-driven technologies and solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Actively managing and leading the Statement of Work (SoW) process
- Lead and manage customer engagement opportunities from lead generation to deal review to estimation and pricing, to negotiations and closing the deal.
- Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle
- Actively understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, business drivers, landscape, and how Quantiphi solutions deliver value
- Build and deepen executive relationships with enterprise customers and bring to Quantiphi your mature cross-functional relationships to help us grow into new organizations.
- Manage entire complex sales-cycles, often presenting to C-level executives in corporate and global customers
- Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Internal GTM teams and our alliance partners - all to maximize business results in territory and open up opportunities with large enterprise customers
- Working with channel partners on active opportunities and owning revenue targets
Basic Qualifications: Two to Six years of Experience in:
- Selling Data, Cloud, and/ or AI Professional Services
- Working with Cloud Providers / familiar with Hyperscalers’ ecosystems
- Having basic conceptual knowledge of Data / Cloud / AI Technology
- Having a proven record of achieving and exceeding Services Sales and Revenue Targets with Fortune1000 clients
- Ability to influence decisions at the executive level and partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
- Knowledge of/experience with structured sales methodologies (e.g. The Challenger Sale, Strategic Selling, Solution Selling, SPIN, Power-Based Selling, Target Account Selling)
- Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, articulation, abstraction, analytical and presentations skills
- Executive demeanor and experience working with C-level executives
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and time-sensitive work environment
- Knowledge and willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in business research, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and Cloud
- University degree/College Diplomas OR equivalent work experience
- Travel to customer sites, conferences and other related events as required - up to 50%
