Group Consolidation and Reporting Manager (they/she/he)

The role and your impact at TIER-Dott

We are looking for a highly motivated Group Consolidation and Reporting Manager who will report to the R2R Director and contributing to the quality enhancement of internal and external reporting and other financial business processes.

Areas of Accountability / Responsibility, would be the following:

• Run monthly consolidation process, ensuring data quality and integrity, preparation of monthly financial statements for review;
• Seek and perform continuous improvement in financial and management reporting processes;
• Prepare and develop financial reports for other stakeholders (investors, banks, tenders, insurance companies etc);
• Involvement in further automation of consolidation process and implementation of new ERP;
• Maintenance and improvement of the IFRS Accounting Policy, build-up Group Accounting Manual;
• Provide IFRS accounting opinions on various topics (ex. new products, new loans and equity funding accounting treatment, yearly assessments, ad-hoc queries), prepare position papers on auditors request;
• Group annual report preparation (IFRS) and supervision of Group annual audit, support in statutory reporting in the countries of presence.

Youll fit great with the following qualifications:

• 5-8 years post qualified experience in reporting function (Big-4 experience is an advantage);
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, CPA or equivalent), strong experience in IFRS is a must;
• Technical skills: excellent Excel/Google sheets knowledge;
• Data affinity, Big Query (SQL) knowledge is desirable;
• Ability to work under pressure and time management skills, great eye for detail, analytical mindset and strong problem solving skills;
• Positive attitude: a can do approach and willing to make an extra effort as investment in future;
• Based in Amsterdam or readiness to relocate;
