The team: Global Brand Marketing Group

The Global Brand Marketing group sets the strategic direction for high-impact brand moments. The Group is end-responsible for setting the integrated marketing strategies and institutional brand campaigns combining collabs, partnerships, and sponsorships for synergy that enables the brand to build brand equity and deliver on business targets.

The Position

This role will be part of the global campaign team that drives the cut-through brand campaigns as part of the global marketing strategy for Tommy Hilfiger.

The campaign manager will work within a small team with the Senior Director and Senior manager to develop and execute best-in-class campaigns that cut through with impact to our audience expressing the lifestyle to build brand love. He/she will be an important part of project management and tracking of the campaign process making sure all other teams are kept close for alignment on the campaign expression as well as steps and handover needed for the most impactful rollout.

This role requires a brand understanding, consumer-led mindset with hands-on project management experience. Ability to understand cultural nuances and readiness to pivot a plan where needed with a relentless focus on the output required in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:

• Campaign process, key milestones & planning including budget tracking and POs

• Project management (campaign plan, post-production, credit lists) and interaction with internal/external agencies

• Key partner working with the Sr manager providing pro-active solutions

• Milestones and communications to drive success with the larger marketing team

• Work within the brand marketing team and in partnership with the wider marketing department

• Provide thought-leadership and fresh thinking to the campaign approaches in rollout and content

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience as an international (sr) marketing manager for at least 3-5 years, with the required level of skills and knowledge

• Proven project management experience and success for 3 years minimal

• experience in 360 campaigns/ projects that drive brand heat

• Experience ideally in the apparel /fashion industry, but for sure lifestyle lifestyle-related brands

• Strong presentation skills

• Collaborative; able to liaise closely across different teams

• Strong aesthetic eye and taste level; strict attention to detail

• the ability to adapt to change and a willingness to bring the very best to the team

• Tons of energy and great team spirit are a must
