Lois is currently looking for an
Operations and Logistics Coordinator
to support their team.
The Operations and Logistics Coordinator will support international sales, logistics and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate shares a passion for problem-solving and maintaining a strong relationship with all partners.
You will be responsible for the operations that are at the core of the business which has direct impact on growth and quality of Lois throughout Europe and the rest of the world.

Job Description:
  • Ensure a swift and accurate stock flow from our suppliers, through our warehouse and into our retailers across Europe
  • Support operations manager on logistics and warehouse management
  • Permanent and accurate stock keeping in our warehouse
  • Manage day-to-day operational activities
  • Check, process, execute and Monitor import & export shipments
  • Support our international key accounts
  • Liaise with our third-party warehouse daily
  • Invoicing of retailers
  • Monitor returns and assist customer service & credit management
Profile:
  • Experience with order management systems
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Highly organised, with great time management skills
  • Fluent in at least Dutch and English
  • Bachelor degree would be a preference
  • Independent but enjoys working in a team
