About the role

As our Group Director Revenue Management you will use your distinct leadership style to support your teams and guide them to the next level. You’ll oversee and coordinate all revenue activities for the current ánd new to open properties within the different regions.

You will be working from our Headquarters located in the city centre of Amsterdam and reporting directly to the VP, Revenue & Sales.

This is what youre going to do

• Supervise, manage and lead our Regional Revenue teams
• Oversee market intelligence and formulate revenue management strategies.
• Develop and implement short, mid, and long-term strategies and revenue goals.
• Strategically enter the market with new opened or rebranded hotels in the portfolio of Sircle Collection
• Create pricing policies based on brand narrative and individual regions
• Ensure that commercial team members are actively engaged in all revenue decisions by maintaining regular communication to effectively implement, drive and review optimal strategies and controls
• Create policy and guidelines of revenue strategies for new (build) and optimize the existing hotels. Establish policies and guidelines for budgeting, forecast preparation, and rate loading.
• Build and maintain a high performing Revenue Team.
• Align regions in optimizing work processes and strategies.
• Provide leadership in decision-making within budget constraints.

Building and driving a high performance revenue team has no secrets for you and you’re strong in stakeholder management. Furthermore you are able to see the bigger picture and you do not shy away from many responsibilities. Together with:

• Ideally 5 years of relevant experience in Revenue Management as a Regional Revenue Director/Manager & leading a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written) in English, Dutch is a plus
• Fulltime availability
• Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing market with a revenue positive effect
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve problems.
