What will you do
30% - Responsible for HR administration like drafting contracts, salary administration and sick or holiday leaves.
30 % - Assisting CEO and CSO in daily tasks.
15 % - Provide support with certain projects by booking hotels and airplane tickets, organizing office events or other legendary activities.
10 % - Co-responsible for maintaining the office presentable.
10% - Act as point of contact for colleagues concerning the office facilities, administration, etc.
5% - Leave some room for ad hoc questions and tasks.
In your case, as People and Culture Support, you’re an unmissable part in making sure everything runs smoothly on the background!
Within your scope of responsibilities, you make sure that all the i’s are dotted, your colleagues are stress free on their flight to their international clients and that management is up to date with their appointments, among other tasks.
Your profile
- Pragmatic, creative and proactive in supporting your colleagues
- You’re hospitable and accessible for your colleagues and guests at the office
- You’re accurate and know how to unburden your colleagues and have experience in supporting high-level management
- You have experience in HR-administration and have a bachelor-degree (or working on it)
- You have a decent knowledge of Dutch legislation concerning employment
- Your fluent in both English written and spoken. Knowledge of the Dutch language us a huge pré
- Available at least 32 hours per week
