The role:

As the E-commerce Manager Manager you will lead the pure player experience strategy, from content to retail media, across all digital retail touchpoints. Together with your team of experts you will delivering best-in-class execution by putting the Dysons products and customers always at the heart, and propel the growth of the brand!

Objectives:

• Develop the go to market strategy for Pure Players in the Benelux.
• Ensure that the overall campaign process of conceptualizing designing, planning, and commercializing is of the highest standard.
• Develop a holistic retail media strategy in close collaboration with our media and category teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a E-Commerce Manager
• Worked with and contributed to a high performing sales team
• Analytical mindset and keen sense of performance;
• Proactive and motivated, ready to tackle all challenges with enthusiasm.

Experience:

We are looking for somebody who has successful experience in e-commerce and preferable with pure players, specific within retail, beauty or electrical brands.

• Proven experience as a E-Commerce or Pure Player Manager
• Worked with and contributed to a high performing sales team

• Proactive and motivated, ready to tackle all challenges with enthusiasm.
