What you’ll do
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to final stages, including offer recommendation and creation, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
- Act as a Mileway ambassador, ensuring alignment with company standards in caliber, cultural fit, diversity, and candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Utilize expertise in best practices and the capabilities of both internal and external recruiters to effectively acquire diverse talent.
- Provide regular updates on the status of open roles to the Recruitment Manager, functional hiring managers, and leaders.
- Continuously cultivate an external talent pipeline by proactively sourcing high-quality candidates, fostering relationships for future opportunities, maintaining connections with external agencies and talent sources, exploring innovative recruitment methods, and staying abreast of recruitment trends.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify key capabilities and experiences necessary for success in their roles, devising strategies for recruitment and working together to attract diverse candidates possessing the requisite skills and capabilities to fulfill both short and long-term business objectives while upholding Mileways distinctive culture.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels and techniques to identify and attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and direct sourcing.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through interviews and if necessary, an assessment.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a dynamic, global corporate setting.
- Experience with the full life-cycle recruiting process in a complex and fast paced environment
- Good understanding of the traits, skills, and qualities required of prospective candidates (whether internal or external) for positions across levels and demonstrated track record of successful placements
- Demonstrate ability to size up talent - solid understanding of different interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Ability to serve geographically distributed hiring managers while consistently deliver profession customer service
- Ability to interpret global process, practice local operational policies, address issues, troubleshoot for resolution and escalate issues to appropriate parties as needed
- Strong written, oral and listening communication skills
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English is essential, with fluency in another European language preferred.
