We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Talent & DE&I team in Amsterdam, NL.

Your responsibilities Develop and execute Talent, Learning & DE&I strategies and initiatives that drive business success.
Manage key project management activities, including developing and maintaining project planning and execution.
Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and status reports and other project documentation meet quality standards
Monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Develop a roadmap for deliverables and ensure consistency of frameworks, templates to the stakeholders for success in building a skills based organization.
Drive change management activities like delivery of workshops, roadshows, collateral to support with deployment, email campaigns, in person campaigns, line manager briefing, updates to senior leadership team meetings.
Create dashboards and deliver these to the business (including senior stakeholders) to report out on key metrics linked to the projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, leading by influencing, able to push back stakeholders.

Your qualifications and experience Bachelor’s or Masters degree with focus on Change Management, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Talent Management
Broad HR experience including learning and development, talent management (with a focus on skills, Internal Mobility) .
Ability to execute high-impact talent management/ learning strategies that enhance people and business performance.
Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Experience in HR project / program management, or related field, incl. project planning, execution and monitoring
Able to prioritize and manage varying workloads.
