Jij mag als Office Management Support Specialist ofwel Management Assistent zoals wij deze rol noemen, je tanden zetten in administratieve en organisatorische taken. Je ondersteunt onze Chief Happiness Officer bij verschillende projecten en dagelijkse zaken. Je vindt het leuk om te schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en onder druk houd je het hoofd koel. ➡️ Assisteert bij het verzorgen van de corporate informatie

➡️ Beheert agenda’s, mailboxen en organiseert bijeenkomsten

➡️ Onderhouden van zakenrelaties en voert administratieve taken uit

➡️ Actualiseert en beheert het (digitale) archief

➡️ Ondersteund bij de W&S van de leukste team members
