Agile & Project Management (A&PM) is an international team with Project Managers and Agile Coaches in The Netherlands, Germany and Sweden. We are supporting the colleagues in all areas of Business Areas (BA) Customers and Solutions by running their most important and complex projects and supporting them in their agile way of working. We are now looking for a Project Manager to support the region NL.

Your role

As a Project Manager in our team you will help the business to create value and achieve the project goals in a result-driven and an efficient way. You have experience in project management for sequential projects and know as well how to run a project delivered by agile teams. You have experience in big international companies, know the challenges in projects in this environment, know how to handle them and have the tools at hand.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Managing smaller and bigger and complex projects in the Region NL including:
  • Planning of time, budget, resources;
  • Translate the project targets into activities;
  • Lead the project team;
  • Facilitate decision making;
  • Execute on projects and steer on delivering value;
  • Professional risk management;
  • Professional stakeholder management;
  • Regular and target group oriented reporting;
  • Complete and up to date project documentation;
  • Use of professional project management tools;
  • Lessons learned.
• Coaching colleagues in the business on their projects;
• Building relations with business stakeholders, understand their business, manage expectations and facilitate necessary decisions;
• Facilitate decision about the most suitable project management method;
• Secure high quality project management and work continuously on quality improvement of our project management competences together with your colleagues in A±
• Proactively inspiring and sharing knowledge with others.

Who are you?

As our Project Manager, you will bring invaluable commercial awareness and a proactive mindset to the table. Your readiness to adapt to changing business landscapes and ability to self-manage with minimal intervention will be crucial. A strong and assertive personality will enable you to navigate challenges effectively. Additionally, your positive, solution-oriented mindset and proactive attitude will drive success. Effective communication is paramount, requiring the ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy through active listening, empathy, assertiveness, rapport-building, and maintaining politeness in all interactions.

Next to this you bring:

• 3-7 years of proven experience and track record in managing projects and programs;
• Bachelor or Masters degree in relevant area; Business, Economics, HR, IT, Engineering;
• Affinity with IT systems;
• Commercial awareness and readiness of mind for the business;
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and verbal is a must.

• The height of your salary will be determined based on your education and relevant work experience;
• A one-year contract for 32-40 hours per week, with the possibility of a permanent position;
