What will you do?

As a Customer Care employee, you play a crucial role in the growth and success of our company. Together with your account manager, you are responsible for generating revenue by selling products/services to your B2B customer group in Non-EU countries. Your passion for the collection, experience, and expertise in relationship and promotional gifts and printing techniques will help make every order a success. This includes understanding and anticipating customer needs, addressing their concerns, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels such as the webshop and CRM software.
  • Process and follow up on quotes and orders, monitor deadlines, and provide solutions if an order is not executed to the customers satisfaction.
  • Work closely with your account manager, our customer care teams in Poland, our warehouse, and the sales teams in Hong Kong.
  • Receive continuous training to stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the industry.

The Team

As a Customer Care Employee at midocean, you will work within a friendly and diverse team of about 23 colleagues. The team consists of other Customer Care Employees, Account Managers, the Team Lead Customer Care, and the Sales Manager to whom you’ll report. .

What We Are Looking For

We appreciate individuals who demonstrate these qualities as they contribute to our collective success and drive our organization forward. To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • An MBO+ educational background, preferably in a commercial direction.
  • Experience with software such as SAP and MS Office, or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and emails.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish for effective communication with international customers, colleagues, and partners is a must.
  • Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
