What you’ll do & Who you are What youll do Sales Target Planning & Performance Tracking:
  • Analyze sales data to support planning, including pipeline performance and territory management
  • Develop and allocate annual and quarterly sales targets for teams and individuals
  • Track sales performance against targets and forecasts
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics, highlighting trends and improvement areas
  • Contribute to recommendations for optimizing sales strategies
Compensation Reporting:
  • Prepare reports on sales team compensation and incentive performance
  • Ensure accuracy in compensation data and reporting processes
  • Support analyses of incentive structures to evaluate their effectiveness
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales operations initiatives with overall business strategy
Data Strategy and Integration:
  • Develop and implement data strategy for the sales organization, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely data across all sales systems
  • Identify data quality issues and collaborate with appropriate teams to implement solutions
  • Define data governance policies and procedures for the sales organization
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes related to sales data
Sales Forecasting:
  • Support and maintain reliable sales forecasting models using data and trends
  • Provide analytical support for sales initiatives and special projects
Key Skills
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce and Tableau;
  • Business Acumen: Ability to align data-driven solutions with business objectives and strategies.
  • Basic Forecasting: Ability to use historical data to support revenue forecasting.
  • Sales Operations Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes, tools, compensation, and key performance metrics.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in reporting and data analysis.
  • Communication: Ability to present data and insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Who you are Minimum qualifications/requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, or related field; Masters degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations or related analytical role, with demonstrated stakeholder management experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Experience working with IT and data engineering teams on implementing data integration processes
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices
  • You are a current resident of the Netherlands and you are legally able to work here.
Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience in the digital marketplace or classified ads industry 2. Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Python, R) 3.
